Juliette Villemin is a choreographer and dance teacher.

Her works are appreciated as profound and truthful investigations of the human body and the expressions of its nature. Juliette Villemin digs into the substance and searches within it for poetic forms, for metaphors in moving images.

Since 2013, Juliette Villemin has developed her choreographies from joint research with the respective production team.

Juliette Villemin was trained in classical ballet in Bilbao (Spain) and received her Master of Arts (MA) in contemporary dance education at the Hochschule für Musik und Darstellende Kunst Frankfurt a.M. in 2010 under the direction of Prof. Kurt Koegel and Prof. Dieter Heitkamp. Teachers who continue to influence her are Trude Cone, Heinrich Goehle, Lance Gries, Julyen Hamilton, Dr. Götz Lehle, Katharina Rustler, Joao da Silva, Dr. Wolfgang Steinmüller and Gabriele Wittmann.
